Manish Binani & Associates is a Chartered Accountant firm incorporated on 26.04.2012 by one of the partner namely Manish Binani as a proprietorship concern. Thereafter on 30.12.2017 it got converted into partnership firm, currently having three partners.

About Partners
CA Manish Binani is a Chartered Accountant & a Company Secretary. He started his practice in 2012 & he is the founder partner of Manish Binani & Associates. He is a Fellow Member (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and passed B.Com from Gujarat University. He has also completed the Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit in 2016.
His area of Expertise is Legal & Litigations, Taxations and Financing & Loan Syndication.
He has demonstrated capability of handling Income Tax matters of lower income strata to high net worth individuals which includes residents & nonresidents.
He have successfully participated & completed various professional works on assignment’s basis. He continues to take personal responsibility for a number of the firm’s long-standing clients. He also has considerable interest in the development of new entrepreneurial businesses.
He has represented numerous clients before Government authorities including Income Tax Departments [CIT], Income Tax Tribunals (ITATs) & other Judicial & quasi-judicial bodies.
He has strategically put together a team of young, experienced and qualified individuals in the key management personnel for exponential growth and scaling new heights of the organization. In addition to the same, his strong experience will be better leveraged as a torch bearer and guiding force for the future planning of new initiatives and new business development.
CA Shilpa Agarwal is Qualified as Chartered Accountant in year 2017. She started her practice as a partner in the Manish Binani & Associates. She is ambitious & holding the qualification of LLB & B.Com from Gujarat university.
She is a young energetic professional and with her rich experience brings a combination of taxation and technical skills to the task which helps for establishing and running the organization. She is having extensive exposure in the field of audit of corporate & non-corporate clients. She is also having vast experience in field of accountancy & taxation.
She is having the extensive knowledge & experience in the field of Internal Audits during her training period. She is having immense post qualification experience in field of Accounting, Audits of SMEs, IT Returns , MIS Reporting, registration of partnership firm & filing of various statutory periodical returns.
She is having wide exposure in the field new regime of GST which consist of registration, applicability, monthly compliances & related litigation matters.
